About Kevin Bass

Kevin was not only born and raised in the San Diego coastal area but also grew up in a real estate based family.  Both his mother and father migrated to the beautiful beaches of San Diego back in the 1970s, and couldn't help but want to call it home and raise a family here. Having spent his childhood days surfing the breaks of Wind 'n' Sea and Crystal Pier, hiking the breathtaking cliffs of Torrey Pines, and exploring the boardwalk from Pacific Beach down to South Mission, he couldn't imagine living anywhere else.

After graduating from La Jolla High School, Kevin Bass obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree from San Francisco State University in 2004, yet has maintained an active interest in real estate all along the way.  His mother specialized in residential income properties, helping her clients to make informed decisions on beach rental investment opportunities up and down the coast.  Kevin decided to become a full-time agent in 2012, choosing to specialize in San Diego residential properties.  Coupled with his extensive knowledge of the coastal communities and local real estate industry expertise, Kevin's clients feel that he offers his first-hand experience of not just the value of homeownership here, but also the value of community and family.
