Cardiff by the Sea, also known as Cardiff is a neighborhood within Encinitas and has 2 miles of pristine coastline and known for its awesome surf. Cardiff has a sought after Mediterranean climate, making it the place to be during the summer, winter, fall and spring because of the constant pleasant weather. Here is a unique and friendly beach town with strong roots and participation in the community contributes to the desire to call Cardiff home.
Making it home
Cardiff by the Sea is as much as a tourist hotspot as it a haven for locals who enjoy the best in life. Inside Cardiff you’ll find quaint eclectic shops and a large demand for watersports as well. With 2 miles of Pacific coast line to kayak, surf and explore, Cardiff is a global surfing hotspot for tourist and locals alike, with a consistent and well known swell. Even it’s downtown it is centered on the people, making a large amount of it walkable and offers a linear organic park. Also to enjoy the all the benefits of being on the coast, there is a line of restaurants situated above famous Highway 101 called Restaurant Row.
